Terms of service

These Terms govern the use of Nekopitsu during its beta phase. By adding the bot to a Discord server or using its web console, you accept these Terms.
The service
Nekopitsu is a moderation bot for Discord communities, in beta. Its main purpose is to assist moderation teams with AI message analysis and classic moderation tools. The associated web console is read-only.
Acceptable use
You must use Nekopitsu in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not use it to harass, to evade sanctions, or for any unlawful purpose. Moderation settings and actions are the responsibility of the server team that enables them.
Beta and no warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Being a beta, it may have outages, changes or bugs. Automated moderation may produce false positives; every automated action is logged and reversible by the server team.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nekopitsu is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Moderation decisions and their configuration are the responsibility of the server that adopts them.
Changes to the service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the service and these Terms during the beta. We will publish relevant changes here before they take effect.
Privacy
Data processing, and in particular the retention of message content, is governed by our Privacy policy.
